ReplyDelete1) You may refer to the itinerary for more information. For the 12 H.E.C, the maximum time is 12 hours, those who go around the loop as many as he could, will get more points. because you will have to collect points at every Check Points.
2) it is advisable for you to overnight at Gua Tempurung, if you participate in 12 HEC. because the race briefing will be done on the night of 3rd Jan 2012 (pls refer to the Rules and Regulations)
3) this event is totally for mountain bike, so it is off- road, participants will go through the jungle, hills....
